Pole Dance

Pole dance is a mixture of dance and acrobatics on and around a vertical metal bar, which can be fixed or freely rotate around its axis, depending on the thrust exerted by the dancer

Hoop

The hoop is a discipline that comes from the circus arts. Just like pole dance, it is a mixture of acrobatic dance that is practiced on a suspended hoop.

Pole Heels

Just as pole dance is a mix of dance and acrobatics on and around a metal bar. This one is inspired by exotic dancers.

Entrainement Libre

Either ground work, this one is widely used in modern dance, in our case it is largely inspired by the pole and will allow you to dance near the pole without reversing or climbing

Contortion

Contortion is a discipline that will allow you to improve your body amplitude through dynamic movements and exercises in active and passive.

We offer several types of courses for all levels. If you have never done pole dance or sports, it does not matter. You are very welcome.

For your first visit we offer a trial course at a preferential price and we also offer cards of 5, 10 or 20 courses or subscriptions (with or without commitment).
