You'll probably have a lot of questions before you find the small business of your dreams, but we're here to help. We have listed the most frequently asked questions below, along with their answers. Did not find what you were looking for ? Do not hesitate to contact us.
How many students are there in each class?
Each course is composed of a maximum of 12 students and a minimum of 4 students.
Below 3, the lesson is cancelled. Students registered for canceled lessons will be notified by email and refunded or their lesson will be credited back to them.
What outfit should I bring?
Pole Dancing:
Sports bra and shorts
Avoid using moisturizing lotions, oils or creams. (Otherwise slip assured on the pole)
Rings and bracelets must be removed during class
A water bottle
Hoop:
Leggings, Bra and T-shirt
Floorwork / Exotic:
Leggings, Bra and T-shirt
Provide knee pads and pleaser-type heels(not mandatory)
What are the levels in Pole Dance

Level 1 (beginner / initiation)
Prerequisites: None, just your good mood
It is not necessary to be athletic to practice pole, whatever your age you are welcome for this course.
This course will allow you to familiarize yourself with the pole and its vocabulary

Level 2 (or beginner 1)
Prerequisites: climb, cross-leg, sit, crucifix

Level 3 (or formerly Beginner 2)
Prerequisites: Invert, Invert Crucifix, Viva, Carousel, Boomerang

Level 4 (intermediate level)
Prerequisites: Outside, Inside, pike, basic butterfly, Bird, Dislocator

Level 5 (Advanced level)
Prerequisites: you know how to invert yourself from above aerial invert, shoulder mount, Ayesha
Do I need to have dance experience?
No dance or sports experience is required to practice pole dancing.
