RULES OF
PROCEDURE
1. REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION
Registration can be done on www.flyanddansestudios.com or on the fit by wix app on the studio page
Any course cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 15€ for unlimited subscriptions or deducted from the card.

2. PAYMENTS AND REPAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
All payments are made on www.flyanddansestudios.com in secure payment. After purchasing your subscription or card, you will have access to the reservation service.
The student may be reimbursed only in the following cases and under presentation of proof:
- Illness, injury or hospitalization
- Sick or hospitalized children
- Moving to another department
- Mutation
- Death of a relative

3. COURSE INSTRUCTIONS
During the course you will be asked to have a suitable outfit.
Pole-Dance: shorts, bra/ jogging for stretch classes.
The wearing of jewelry is forbidden during Pole-Dance classes (risk of damaging the coating of the bars and risk of injury)
Access to the cloakroom and dance room is strictly reserved for students and teachers
The use of the mobile phone is allowed during classes only to film or take pictures (please put the calls and messages in silent mode)
Shoes are not allowed in the Studio. A cloakroom is available for students.
The studio is open to all students from 18 years old. Please respect the equipment and warm up. You have a bar for you that needs to be cleaned at the end of the course.
In case of loss or theft, the studio cannot be held responsible.

4. RULES OF GOOD CONDUCT
It is very important to respect each other! The teacher has the possibility to prohibit access to the studio to any person whose behavior or presence is likely to affect the respect of the people present and their safety. Judgements, mockery and insults are not tolerated at FLY AND DANSE STUDIO.
When the student arrives at the studio during the previous class, he is asked to remain discreet so as not to disrupt the class. The student must go to the locker room to change.

5. STUDENT OBLIGATIONS
The student is required to listen to and respect the instructions given by the teacher. He must of course respect the safety rules, the places, the equipment at his disposal as well as the schedules and days of classes.
The student will also be required to have good hygiene and respect the cleanliness of the premises.

6. SECURITY
The student must follow the warm-up at the beginning of the class as well as the stretch at the end of the class so as not to injure himself. Students will be able to adorn each other only under the agreement of the teacher. It is forbidden to practice alone a figure that has not been indicated by the professor. The protective mattresses are available to students and the teacher may impose their use during certain figures.

7. ABSENCE, DELAY AND ATTENDANCE
Students must attend classes regularly. In case of delay, the student must inform the teacher.
For any delay greater than or equal to 15 minutes from the beginning of the course, the coach can refuse the student late to the course, and the course will not be refunded.
In case of absence without cancellation 24 hours in advance the course cannot be deducted or recredited.
In case of absence of the teacher the courses will be automatically postponed

8. EVENTS AND WORKSHOP
The studio will offer various events throughout the year. Shooting/ Open House/ Courses that can be provided by the teacher or external speakers. These events are not included (specified otherwise) in the subscriptions and must be paid before the date of the event. Payment can be made directly on the website www.flyanddansestudio.com, by paypal or by bank transfer.
No cancellation or refund possible for events. Reservations are taken into account upon payment.

9. COMMUNICATION
All information about the studio is listed on the facebook page, the instagram account, the website www.flyanddansestudio.com and the app Fit by Wix

10. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES
Any failure to comply with this Regulation may lead to a temporary or definitive exclusion measure which may not give rise to a refund of any kind whatsoever.
